Shipping policy

• Worldwide shipping.

• Processing orders takes about 1-2 days.

• Once shipped, domestic (United States) orders take about 2-5 days to be delivered and international orders take about 1-4 weeks to be delivered.

• Please allow 4-6 weeks for pre-ordered items to finish production and start shipping.

• If there is an issue with your item, please contact us at contact@jaysonringer.com and provide an order number, name, and as much information as possible.

• Once an order has been shipped and is in transit, we are no longer responsible for any delays, lost, stolen, or damaged packages. Any delivery issues must be addressed directly with the shipping carrier using your tracking number for further assistance.

• All customers outside of the United States are responsible for the customs fees/duties that may be charged by their country for import. We recommend looking up your country's policies before buying so you are aware of any potential fees/duties/taxes. By confirming your purchase/order at the end of the checkout process, you agree and accept to pay for your products, any handling charges, and applicable fees/duties/taxes.
